Default No-lift shift module

I could swear I saw it in here, but now I can't find it. Who's making the module that allows for no-lift shifting??

Lingenfelter 2 step works just fine with it wired in to activate at all times off of the clutch pedal. Has worked for me for well over a year and on several other cars I've set it up on.

You lose boost when lifting and shifting. I think we could gain significantly from not lifting and opening the bypass valve.
Not too expensive to find out.

I may have to go with the Lingenfelter piece.

Bret have you played with setting the P/N rev limiter in HPT? I tried it and didn't like it for day to day driving because whenever I touched the clutch it would cut the RPM but I think if you moved the clutch inhibit switch down lower it would work better and essentially accomplish the same thing as the LPE unit.

9.50's is what we did with no fancy two steps etc. What is your goal? 8 sec pass with a 6 speed? Put some bogarts on it and have at it. I know as soon as mines done its to the track to learn the car and beat on it. Cant wait for you to post a vid of the monster on the hose!

Rob@Champion ran 9.7's@157 without powershifting, a 2-step-or anything.

Just 9's man. I apparently can't drive this car for ****. Maybe you should come up here and school my no-drivin @ss. In case you think I'm being facetious, I'm not. I know one thing for sure is that my Textralia clutch is like an on/off switch, so it's difficult to get it to 60'.
I like my cam choice for power, but after talking with Arun in the past about it, it's quite possible that it may not be the best for getting this car to jump out of the hole.

I also know that I've never been able to sit at the track and dial this car in. The last time I went, I finally got the car moving down the track decently and my logger didn't record. Even if it did, they shut it down and I couldn't test my changes. No matter what, I need to get some tuning time in at the track and really analyze the passes. Maybe I can get my buddy Arun to work with me on that.

Persons seem to get me confused with my buddy Danny on here. He was the one driving. Best I could do was a 9.90@141. If your ever in or around SA and tracking your car Im sure he would love to rip the gear box out of the car. One thing I learned is to put my seat way up dont launch it too high and let the power do the work. We found that every time we would put the hammer to it at the line we couldnt put it down to the cement. So launching the car at about 3.5 to 4k was the key. And this was with the Textralia. It just takes time to get comfortable with the car and the way it acts. A 6 speed is so violent sometimes you have to be pretty dam quick on the leg. We never powershifted and had the limiter at 7k. Also if you have the front sway bar remove it. Hope that helps.

Good thing I don't work at the fair. I would have put you at 75 lbs. I'd be giving away stuffed bears all day.
