retune or calibrate???
I have stock map sensor i have to upgrade to a 3 bar map sensor and install it before i bring it to get tuned. My ? is could i just swap out i have the pig tail to splice in. Will the car start and drive with a different map sensor or does it need to be retuned or calibrated first???? we be changing pulleys to up the boost. Procharger all the way

The car isn't going to run with the 3bar. You should do it on site. If it is a 0-5v map sensor then wiring it up will be simple. I don't think they make one that plugs into the back of the intake though. Mine is inline.

I spliced into the harness. A T splice so i lefted the stock sensor on and t'ed off with the pig tail that i got with the 3 bar sensor, so when i get there i will switch sensors at there shop so i don't get dinged for 225.00 and i have to change two spark plugs anyway. Changed my injector to bigger ones and drowning the BR7 new plugs on cylinder 1 and 3 so easy change and moved map sensor also. Thanks i installed the 3 bar map and it started and idled but that was it. Give it a little gas and car dies. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks guys
