Im in the middle of a H/C setup on my zo6, i have the 3.85 pulley on right now which got me 8 psi. im thinking of going down to a 3.6, what would that take to to (boost)?

If you are just changing pullies.. you gain a real world 1.5 psi with a .2 inch drop in pulley size.. been there, done that... rule of thumb is .1 inch is 1 psi... under normal situations
I have the same car, same blower almost the same setup, a 3.6 got me right at 10-11 psi, depending on when I shifted. Heads, cam, full exhaust, self ported 243's.

lol ur right about pretty much the same thing. thats to much boost for me. i guess i'll just keep my 3.85 for now and see what she does.
