So I picked up a mity vac and it will be here this week. I wanted to verify my hobbs was working. So first thing I did was just jump the terminals on the harness. Pump came on and so did my led. Put compressor to hobbs at 1-5 psi and the thing kicked on and led lit. I drove the car and led did not light up. Led is a dorman blinking led, hobbs 2psi switch, and a and a fuel system.

Any ideas?
I only see two things remaining that can be the problem.
You either have a vacuum leak or check valve between where you tapped for boost/vacuum and your Hobbs switch or you're not making boost. You can do a boost-leak test. Cap off the inlet to your blower, pull the brake booster line and hit it with compressed air. I turn my compressor regulator down so that it won't overcharge the system.
