So matt (madmatt) gave some tips that I am going to try out. Just looking at others too. Any little bit helps.
I have a and a fuel system with a 1 psi hobbs. I hit 5 lbs and still lose pressure. I get a slight increase I fuel pressure and drops off to 55. Its set at idle for 58-59. I am boost referenced.
Testing hobbs, it works and activates my led. My led isn't coming on.
I have had a Hobbs switch completely fail once and then work again. Was very clear in the log it failed. I wrapped it in heat blanket so it stayed cool and put it down away from engine heat and another one eventually failed as well. Use a RPM/TPS switch for better reliability. Hobbs switches are too unreliable for my liking.
