Please help with catch can install
The top line goes to the line on the valve cover and the bottom line goes to the line just behind the throttle body. Is that the line that is curved down? That one is currently caped. Is this correct?
Thank you,

The top fitting I routed to the intake for vacuum, with a one way check valve in the line to keep boost from being pushed back into the crank case.
The bottom fitting I teed to draw vacuum thru both the pass side rocker cover and the valley outlet.
Look closely, you can see the tee and the hose going to the pass side cover and the valley outlet.
I also fit a small K&N filter at the rear of the driver's side rocker cover, to create a path for the air to move from the driver side of the engine, thru the block and out both the pas side cover and the valley outlet.
The reason I routed the hoses opposite to the way most suggest is that I did not want that small filter in the catch can to get too saturated with oil.
In this manner, the catch can filter was also able to catch any latent oil vapor without getting saturated, before it was returned to the engine.
I also drained the can from the top by removing the top hose at the can, unscrewing the cover, and using a turkey baster to suck the waste oil out.
Worked very well, and kept the vast majority of that gunk out of the intake.
Generally, I would check and drain it about once a week or so, unless I was pushing the car heavier than usual.
Then it might require more frequent cleaning.
Hope this helps.
