At first when I start to floor the accelerator, I get a boost reading of 10 psi, but then it slowly goes down gradually up to about 4 psi and stays there, any idea what the problem could be?
My car is a C5 with 427 CID.
Paxton 2000 SC.
10 psi of boost.
Either carefully inspect everything for leaks or cap off the inlet to the blower and hit the system with 10-15psi of compressed air and check for leaks. don't worry about it blowing out the exhaust. If the intake valve is open then the exhaust wont be. Even with overlap because the lifters bleed down and close the valves.
