Default Alky Control Kit MAP sensor Question

I recently got a Alky Control Kit and I am in the process of installing it. I have a question regarding the MAP sensor wiring there's 3 wires coming out of it Green,Red & Black. I know the green wire goes to the green wire on the (6 pin connector) on the PAC and that the black goes to a ground point. Now for the red wire does it go to the red wire on the (6 pin connector) on the PAC ?

Thanks !

I don't have the instructions in front of me, but IIRC, there's a little 5v power supply that gets 12v and ground in and spits out your 5v and ground and that's what goes to the MAP sensor. I always zip tie them together.
Did you lose the instructions? You can contact Julio for confirmation if you need.

I have the instructions but I don't feel its clear. It's just says RED to ignition. it does not say what the red wire on the PAC is for... its says the gray and violet are optional but it does not talk about the red one.

Thanks Arun, ok so the RED from the map goes with the pump red wire. But it still does not mention anything about the small red wire on the PAC

I'm pretty sure that's the power wire and goes to switched ignition source.

I thought the Red from the Map goes to the red on the 6 pin connector?

I'm installing mine now also and that's how I wired it?, now I'm going to have to go back over the instructions again

Red from map regulator to Red on 6 pin.

The red on 6 pin, the red on pump, and the Ignition "in" to the controller are all shorted internally. If you took an ohmeter and checked continuity you would see the short. The red on the 6 pin was added so the wires wouldnt have to be all put together making the installation cleaner. Early kits red from MAP would go tied with the red on the pump cable. It was my thought that having multiple wires on a connector could technically lead to a bad connection. vs one wire spliced to another wire. So the 6 pin allowed having the extra wire.. and used for this purpose.

Hope this helps,
