Guys, I have no boost. The boost gauge is reading 0.0 and I don’t hear the turbos turning. I discovered one exhaust leak up where the exhaust and the headers meet. The nut had come off. All of the lines look to be in order. Any ideas?
The only thing that I can tell you is that I just noticed that the turbos were not spinning. I don't here the whirring sound from the exhaust (STS rear mounted) as I accelerate. I have not personally gotten under the car, so I don't know if there are any more leaks in the exhaust. I will check it out this weekend.
The guage goes through it diagnostic start up and appears to be operational. I don't know about the hook-up for the gauge, but there is definitely a loss of power. There are no grinding noises, nor noises of any kind coming from the turbos. There was no smoke. I've gone through that once. That's something you never forget.
been there done that sir, pressurize your system it's the easiest way. I went to lowes and got plumbers test caps to seal the system at the turbos. They are cheap, and slide right into your turbo's intake. Watch your pressure as well, because without a way to regulate the presure or create a controled leak you will blow those suckers right out. Check your exhaust flanges (unless you have long tubes) and your airbridge. As i foud they are the quickest to spring a leak. STS say that people sometime lose rags in the plumbing and they end up in the intercooler during install.
Turns out it was the air bridge. I replaced the silicon couplers with another brand. It wasn't making a good seal. And my manual boost controller was tampered with (set to basically off). I think that when they were tuning to help with my over heating issue, that one of the techs must have changed it and forgot to change it back.

Awesome! Congrats!
Now did you get it re-tuned again or going to get it re-tuned? or is it good?
Did you take it back out yet and "IF" so what was the Boost level at?
