When you guys are spraying do you have the activite handling off or do you put it in competive driving mode? I just found the competivie driving mode last night. Apparently it gives you full control of the rear tires and only engages the active handling by braking each wheel seperatly. Sounds like the best of both worlds. Any comments?
Re: Running NOS with competive driving on? (Readsvette)
You should either turn Traction Control/Active Handling off or put the car in Comp. Driving Mode...otherwise the system will detect rear wheel spin and apply the brakes!! Not good for fast track times or brake wear!! Comp. Driving Mode is an amazing feature that can make up for lots of bad driving technique!!!

Traction control must be turned off, when spraying N20.
When traction control kicks in, traction control module will tell PCM to reduce torque to rear wheels. PCM does this by, retarding timing and closing throttle.
Retarding timing and closing throttle, when spraying N20, will do some serious motor damage.
When installing N20 kit on a C5. Its best to go with electronic N20 activation switch. Electronic activation switch will only spray N20 at WOT.
If traction control kicks in, electronic activation switch will shut N20 off:cheers:
