Default My FI setup... Please comment!

Just ditched my N/A setup and got a A&A kit for my C5Z, I would like you boost guru's to comment, critique or give me input on this build. First off, I drive the **** out of this thing lol I'm not a ***** and I actually use this car, it's by no means a dyno car or look at my sweet vette with a blower kind of car, so keep that in mind. Im really not interested in anything over 600rw, i want this to be safe as possible but without being safe lol because lets face it, boosting a stock motor and running it hard is never really "safe" This is what I'm doing and what I have planned! Am not sure which pulley size to run either the 3.8, 6 or 4...??

Stock short block
LS6 manifold
317 heads (for ~9.5:1)
222/230 115+2 cam
1 3/4" longtubes, no cats, Ti cat back
ALKY meth kit (50/50)
A&A V2 Si

I'm saying I want a power level the car can decently handle while brig driven. Not just a OB my car made 667 on the dyno and that's all you'll ever see from it...

My bank account is a ***** lol

Pretty much the same setup in my old car 1999 FRC minus the LS6 intake which I don't think gives you gains and picked up another 30hp 55 tq after I added meth. I sold that car 3 years ago and my understanding is it still lives but has killed a clutch. I drove the car pretty hard when I had it.

Make sure you have a good tuner that is the most important.

3.6 pulley and don't look back. That should put you over the 600rwhp with a meth dependent tune.

But you are still a trouble maker. To the OP if me if it has very many miles on it would put a new oil pump, timing chain, and a good set of springs in her. You should be safe with no more power than that,, ONLY WITH A GOOD TUNER THAT KNOWS WHAT HE IS REALLY DOING ON THE CAR.

You may be well over 600hp with your setup. Its not hard with these cars. I put down 601rwhp and 526rwtq at about 9psi on 91 octane (thats all we have available here) and my mods are as follows:

-A&A Vortech V1 blower with early style intercooler
-3.8" pulley
-ECS "small blower cam"
-1 3/4" LT's, no cats, Granatelli bullets at the time of dyno (I have Corsa Extremes now)
-changed out springs, pushrods, Comp trunion upgrade on the rockers, LS2 timing chain, and Melling oil pump.

Thats it! No meth, everything else in the engine is stock. Heads, intake, bottom end, etc.
My car was tuned by Erik at House of Boost.
