wow, that might be my next mod! Gotta love free hp. Did you have to retune for that?
Did you guys use the Dewitts low profile rad? Anything else I need to know to do this? What fans are you running too? Like to keep the stockers but dont see that happening.

I have no dyno proof but my car did not pick up any power from this mod. The only gain I got is my boost curve shifted left by 400 rpm. So basically I started building boost 400 rpm sooner than I was before the mod.

What $$? guess it depends on what you are starting out with. If you are looking at this mod and including the Rad in the $$, ok - maybe not... But if you are simply changing the inlet pipe, that is pretty cheap...
When I converted to a single intercooler, I lowered the stock radiator... I am still running the gen 1 procharger bracket, etc.
I am running a 3.85 pulley at the moment (been since day 1) - I have a 3.7 on my bench, but I have not put this on as I think it will result in belt slip. Knock on wood, I havent had issues with that with the 3.85 (I do have a riechard pulley, the 3.7 is not).
I am currently pushing ~570 and havent made any changes in a few years... was just looking for a little more, just to get me over 600 and been debating the following:
-Change out my 3.5" pipe to 4" for SC inlet
-Flip Intercooler around to shorten piping from SC to IC.
Not sure if I need to do both, or just do both to get it out of the way. I am hitting 10psi as is, I guess worst case, if I feel I am pushing too much, I could just put on a restrictor plate.
Thoughts?

I had the original style procharger inlet chocking off my F1A.
It went from 17.5psi to 20.8 psi (@6600 rpm) just by doing the dewitts rad/4" dongle. Car picked up so much extra power I needed IDS 1000 injectors and a retune.
We spun the ***** to 7k rpm and she made 21.4psi!
