Has anyone run a dyno on the difference a VaraRam forced air intake makes? VaraRam claim's some significant boosts however I'd like to know if there are any "independent" test results. I installed one on my '04 (six-speed), and was impressed with the quick response all the way thru 5th. gear, (I shut it down at 150mph). I also installed one in my 2000 (automatic) however, don't realize the same agressiveness but there is still a very noticable upgrade. Just wondered how much?

My understanding is the vararam does not significantly help on the dyno, more so when moving bringing the ram air effect into play. Most comparisons I've read are done via 1/4 mi times - I think I've read 2-3/10ths improvement.

Dumb question...
I can't believe I posted that question...dah! Of course the VaraRam won't make any hp on a dyno! No forced/ram air. Hell, I knew that, just wanted to see if anybody would pick up on it...yeh, right...sorry for taking up your time.
