Here in Colorado I live at an altitude of 7000 feet. In my experience at this altitude with a roots blower and currently a Powerdyne (not on a Vette) I loose slightly more than 2psi of boost. If the enrichment is taking into account manifold pressure, MAP sensor, you may be ok. If the enrichment is via an FMU it will probably be too rich if you loose a couple of psi of boost.
I dont know specific #'s but if you have a boost controller take it to 9 lbs the block and valve train will stand up just fine I have a worked bottom end and I'm good for 25+ havent gone past 20 havent needed it.Dont be shy go for hi simgle digits NO PROBLEM MANNN.Dave S.

Wow, 20 psi boost on a 350 cui :)
what trap speed do you have on the 1/8 mile ?
Do you have a turbo or a s/c? Turbo will have a have a wastegate that will keep you at the 5psi. 5psi of boost is 5psi of boost no matter what the atmospheric pressure is. Plus the MAF should account for the thinner air anyway so you should run rich
