anyone of you guys had a backfire .. cause I have an question if you had backfire did the steering locked ? so you can't move it at all? as same as the C6Z or it's not ... cause we I have seen a lot of C6Z on fire and the reason is they can't turn off the car at all.
if it's locked in C5 how can I solve this problem?
Will turn off? Won't turn off?
If you could write a more coherent and complete description of what you're talking about, it would probably help.
here's what I'm trying to say up there .. if you have a backfire on high speed you'll turn off the car to stop fueling the fire and by high speed I mean between 140mile to 200 miles so while turning off the car and pushing the break to stop ASAP I want to know dose it get locked or not cause camaro's you can turn it even if the car was off on high speed .. if it's will lock is there anything to keep it available even if the car was off or not, hope that's clear to you sir now!
Learn English then come back to an English speaking forum.
learn to STFU when you don't have anything to help with .. and show some respect to people to be respected, at least I'm trying here and there's a lot of (men) trying to understand and help me even if my english was too bad and I knew there's some idiots here .. and now I'll explain to you why I'm calling you idiot cause if I use my language you'll be like so if you don't want to help your not suppose to post here go and play away son I don't have a free time to waste with you, but here is my advice to you for your life try to be a "man" once.

OK so Salwa I am assuming the Salwa Kingdom in India. Sorry if others have offended you, sometimes the virtue of tolerance is hard to find. I am also assuming you are asking if there is a way to ensure that you can steer the car if you need to shut it down to avoid further damage from a fire while still at speed. I know that once I installed my column lock bypass I was able to turn the steering wheel with the key in place or not. Now I have not tested it while the car is moving so cannot say for sure this is your answer to the problem. Maybe others here will offer their expertise.
I apologize for getting your country wrong, I see now it is Kuwait.
yes nitrous backfires happen. most nitrous backfires will at launch or low speed/rpm. at high speed there is enough velocity that puddling is not an issue. they happen so fast by the time you turn the key off it is over. you don't have time to do anything about it.
like the other suggested do the clb install. if you are that worried about a backfire, then install a direct port kit.

hello brother the backfires that happen to you guys @ the track it's happen at launch or low speed/rpm, here we use to race from high speed for example 120KM/h and our distance will be a 1 Kilo running two stages of nitrous sure will get you a backfire at any moment, my first backfire I was running on 4th gear about to reach the top RPM.
