Default Electronic boost controller

Can you read vacuum and boost from the turbo compressor housing for your EBC IN port? Is there only boost and no vacuum at the turbo compressor housing? Currently not getting a vacuum reading on my EBC. I previously used a port from my intake with my previous turbos that did not have ports on the compressors.

Vac/boost readings should only ( edit...can only ) be taken between the throttle and intake valves.

I thought so. Precision told me the ports on the compressor housings were for the lines for wastegate control and was the most accurate place to access but they probably thought I was running the wastegates directly without an EBC. I will get the lines rerouted correctly.
