Vortech B57 Valve get's open???
I have two questions to the BV57 blow off valve:
I use it with my LS2 VSY V7 and over 239 kpa the boost goes down and a little bit and doesn`t come over the 239 kpa but the rpm at 5500 have still over 1000 rpm to the limiter.
Could it be that the spring from this BOV isn`t made for boost over 20 psi? Normally i should see 255 kpa.
The screw for the spring load was in factory position (nearly completely out). Now i turned it in but the boost didn`t rise. Is the screw only to set the open point for the BOV faster or to hold more pressure under boost?

Spring shouldnt really matter.
Where is the BOV located ? And do you have an adequate size signal line to it ?
How fast are you spinning the engine and blower, and what drive system are you using.
It could just as easily be belt slip as anything else.
