You can get a .015" over also if needed, but it will be custom.
As for the powerpak mahle's there is a guy over on yellowbullet making around 1000 on some 383 flat top ones also, but we all know it's pushing it. I'd guess the flat top style is going to be stronger around the top ring than a heavy dish. Again, not ideal, but better than factory for sure.
He should be boring the block today we want to keep it around .010 I dont know anyone that has bored an aluminum one .020 and boosted it with long lasting results. So we will see what happens.
I genuinely mean it when I say that I hope you don't ever find a reason to retract that statement.

I've got some cheap scat rods in there too. We'll see how it goes. I tune awfully safe, and I don't think those pistons are too much of a risk under 1000hp not anywhere close to detonation. Look how well stock ones hold up. Nobody knew what they could hold until lots of people started trying. All the research I did on these found all the people popping them detonated or had no idea if it detonated b/c they didn't tune it themselves or check plugs.
You definitely get what you pay for, but on this site there is tendency to overdo it and suggest that is the only way to go IMO.
