Oil Pressure Question??
Good day everyone. I was diving my supercharged vette back from the shop (it got a new fuel pump) and was paying attention to all the gauges closely. I noticed that while driving, at idle dead stop the oil pressure was reading about 26-27 psi. While driving normally at 40-45 mph it would go up to 35-38 psi.
I had never paid attention to this but is this too low? An aftermarket oil pump was installed about 3 months ago at the time the supercharger went in. The pump was an SLP pump (http://www.jegs.com/i/SLP/847/55001/10002/-1)
