Default C5 eforce with ls2 kit

it looks like a spaghetti monster with all the intercooler hoses and such.

this is an A4 C5 with an LS7 block, adaption of the LS2 eforce C6 kit from edelbrock.

things not included or required.

My crank was already keyed.

I am using a LS7 block, the Knock sensors are exterior on this block.
The Ls1 valley cover has modification I didn't have to deal with.

New Water pump and upper hose from a C6 with the outlet on bank 1 side.

Idler pulley at crank on bank 2 side is too large, 3", for the 8" crank pulley clearance. ESC idler 2" was used

The ESC idler on bank 1 side is from ESC also. These pulleys are smaller with 2 bearings instead of one.

Fuel injectors are shorties from C5 with proper O-ring size at manifold.

PVC is adapted from Valve cover on Bank 1 connected to manifold.

Intercooler pump with bracket, Flat plate cut to fit.

I have a 95mm throttle body, LS2 bolt pattern, walbro fuel pump and 15 DC volt supply.

Inter-cooler reservoir adapted over battery, I was able to attached here since I have a smaller 500 amp battery. I have a second 500amp battery in the trunk pocket.

Head coolant air release has to be adapted to the Rad, I have a dewitt rad.

2.5bar MAPT is a direct plug but the Temperature is not connected.

The air bridge is cut into the rad shell.

the inside of the caravaggio hood brace is cut and patched to clear blower.

There is no fuel release on the Fuel rails, That is a deficiency or over site.

the belt here is K060990 or 99.0 inches on the 2.75 pulley, the supplied belt was K061015 for a 3.875 pulley. I have extensions on the alternator which makes it easy to pull the belt on and off. But the Bank 2 idler at the crank must be removed to change the belt.

Im using a 2bar OS,

You forgot to say its a 440 ci with AFR 245 heads and LPE blower cam.
Looks great Bill can't wait to race you buddy.
How much boost are you seeing with the 2.75 blower pulley and 8 inch crank.

Just found out he's making 15lbs of boost with the 2.75 pulley. It really looks great.
