You should buy a set of kooks and their x pipe (whatever compares to your current ARH setup) and a set of the comparable LG headers and x pipe and see exactly how much of a power difference they make.

Id give up 20 FTLBS and take a 30hp gain.
So all you did was change from long tube headers to exhaust manifolds and you lost 20 FTLBS and picked up 30 hp? An I reading that right.

yup, I tell it like it is, its usually painful for some to hear and I usually get a lotta flak for it too hahahaha, but seriously, I really dig the mod cause I am making just under 900 rwhp and the car is super quiet till I am on it a bit....my kooks were junk, now the noise is reduced substancially...the tinny echoey tick tick ticking that the motor used to make....all gone.
