Fuel Problems Need Help

More info, The car is a 01Z06 with LS2 402. Fuel system is RSI twin pump system with dual Aeromotive Stealth 340 pumps. Second pump kicks on at 3 psi via hobbs switch, converted to return style, boost reference. I had twin 255 pumps in the car and they started to act up, I had a hard time getting good pressure to start car and fuel pressure was moving around. I installed two new dual pump and fixed the starting problem but when driving it around fuel pressure starts at 55psi cold then starts to drop as it gets warmer. It will go up and down as I assume it should but keeps dropping when coming back to idle. I turned the car off when it when I noticed it at 47 psi. Is the base pressure too high? Would Heat soak cause the problem and pumps are heating up? What would I do to figure it out.
