The more and more I get closer to completion of my project(the 20millointh stage) I am starting to think my oiling system, may not be up to task for a 1 mile pull, and turbo chargers. I currently use a BAT pan,..which just doesn't seen to be able to fit my demands of what I am gonna ask of it.
Dry sumps, are very expensive. Even so, I think I am more worried about loosing ac in the car if I go to it....which, in South Florida... is not so much an option. It's one thing to get hot in the car, it's another to get caught up in the rain and have no ac to keep the windows from fogging up everywhere. If I get rid of the ac,..I might as well pull the leather, pull the carpet and radio...and call it a race car.
So..back to dry sumps. Who's got them on there C5's and what kind of feedback do you have with the brand your using? Everytime I go to PRI I wanna talk to every dry sump company there but there are so many, it's to tough know just who to talk to. Just curious if anyone did it, and retained AC. I have a TOP MOUNT PTK twin turbo setup...so, space is at a premium.
Jamie, batt in the truck hole, and the oil can over in the stock batt hole..Robert

I gotcha man. I appreciate the info Battery is located in the back a bit now, I can make room over in the batt location where I keep my catchcans and boost controller... But oil pump config,..wouldn't I have to have the longer crank snout like on the GS or LS7 cars and the obvious front cover setup?
Pan/lines/tank/pump? (I am gonna have to do some research again- When LS7's first came out I priced this out when I worked at the dealership and it was kinda costly....years later, I completely have no idea of cost of that lol. )
I gave up my A/C and went with the dailey billet pan/pump. In the end saves some dollars on fittings/lines and it's cleanly packaged because it mounts directly to the pain.

Nice... kind of a hard time figuring out pricing on they're site,..feel like shooting me a pm of what it costs roughly? 3-4G's?
