ECS Installation Complete!
I was able to get her tuned last Saturday! I will post a scan of the results soon but at least wanted to post the numbers. The maximum rwhp result was 542 HP and 505ftlbs Torque. The final tune was 539 HP and 501ftlbs Torque! It was also a pretty hot day but she still made great numbers! Completely happy with the results!!
I also need plan a time to get to the track to see what I can actually run...oh, that sounds lie a lot of fun!!

I thought I would share that I had success tonight finalizing my installation of the ECS Supercharger along with Kooks Headers and X Pipe! It took a few weeks as I was really only able to work on it a couple of hours every other day or so...but I was able to start her up and hear the magic of the new growl

It really feels like a great accomplishment!I wanted to thank everyone for their help in understanding all the different systems out there as well as all the advice. This is such a great community of people! Also wanted to say thanks to Doug and the ECS boys for all their tech support (they didn't even curse at me on the phone
), I couldn't have done it without them!I can't wait to get the tuner in a week or so...need to call and schedule an appointment

Unfortunately, I don't have in progress pics as this was a one man show and my hands were always dirty! But I will take some pics of the finished product and post them shortly.

My mods as of right now only consist of the ESC 1500 package, the 1-7/8" Kooks Headers (race style - no AIR) with the 3" x-pipe, and Borla Stinger Exhaust. I am going to try and run this for a while to see what happens...it may lead to the powertrain next

I am hoping to get around 550 to 600 hp with this setup but whatever it turns out to be will be significant over what was there to begin with. Just the sound of rev is SO much more powerful than before...you can feel the desire of her to unleash havoc on the pavement!

What year do you have? Which kit did you get?

Glad I could help, and thanks for your business!

Your going to need some octane in that tank if your not going with meth injection at 650 rwhp IMHO.

I'm not talking about fuel supply, I'm talking about the fuel being used. 93 octane is not sufficiant enough octane to support 650 rwhp in my experience.

Three words to live by when making big power....
OCTANE_OCTANE_OCTANE.
It's not a tuning crutch, it's simple physics that you will lose to everytime. Especially with todays inconsistent fuels as you pointed out.
