If at all possible I would have Vengeance do the tune. I'm sure that there are other great tuners out there, but my experiences with Vengeance racing have been excellent.
I'm running a huge cam, one I know a couple of people couldn't get tuned properly, and my car has no drivability issues.
I have made trips from El Paso TX. and OK. for their services and feel it was worth the effort.

I would pose that question to Vengeance when your ready. Some kits give you a canned tuned that should be OK to drive on until you can let them fully tweak it. Are you buying or have you purchased an APS kit, TTi Extreme kit, etc...

ok so basically im doing the work myself nobody is gonna install my turbo kit or my tranny im doing it all. Im near savannah ga. Im currently deployed and will be wanting my car to be done by august cuz i should be back in a month or so. Im just on a budget thats another reason im doing the work myself i can afford the parts just not the labor dont let the corvette fool you lol
What are your HP and TQ goals with the car? Turbo kits are not the easiest thing to install. I don't know your skill level but it's no where as easy as a S/C install. Whose kit did you buy?

whenever i get from this god forsaken country(afghanistan) im going to be buying a upp kit. My hp goal is 700-800hp with meth injection.I use to be a mechanic before i join the military so i know my way around a car i just have not done big jobs in awhile.

I did not nor would I recommend driving it untuned. I'd find someone with a trailer or ship it and then ride up with a buddy once it was done.
