Alky Control **** Setting!
Just curious...what do you guys have your Alky Control **** set to? Mine is currently at 4 and I am running about 20LBS on a 390 c.i. motor. I was thinking about turning it up but wanted input before I do so. Thanks!

From a Brief conversation with Julio. He was saying that I would only need to add if I was experiencing knock or detonation. What makes you think you need to turn it up? I'm interested in this because I was asking questions regarding this a couple weeks ago.

I am definitely going to crank it up. I forget though, what exactly does the **** increase? I know it is a gain increase but...does it just increase how fast the pump spools up to 150 PSI?

No...the USPS sucks. It was supposed to get here today...but I talked with a rep and they said priority packages have a couple business days "leyway period"

When you talk with Julio you come to understand that the setting is for activating the pump and its voltage -
A #4 setting won't allow the pump to come up to full voltage without being in a much higher RPM range = LAZY PUMP (you do not want)
Set it at (his recommendation) #6+ so it will operate the way it should = Not LAZY! which is what you want!
The higher setting does not mean it increases the amount of Meth being sprayed (Hope I explained it good enough - see Julio for better explanation
)
Set it at a minimum of #6
Mine is at #7 - watch your LED, you want it to turn GREEN sooner rather than later!
