Default custom fuel system problems.

To make a long story short, I went -8 feed and return. In that process I removed the factory fuel y and replaced it with a -8 y. In doing so I removed the check valve and now have tank transfer problems. What can I do to fix it. I stumbled across a thread where a guy modified his custom y block by filling it and drilling a hole the same size as the factory piece but I can not find it anywhere.

What is your fuel pressure set at on the car. It is set from the factory if not at least 54psi it will do the same thing here.Robert

I just did the same thing.. I hooked the factory y back up and at the filter, right before it, I installed a 3/8 male to 6an line to run my feed. Now everything is as it should be. I think they also make a 3/8 to 8. simplest way

So far I dont have any problems. I am below half tank and I have not gotten any dic codes and the gauge seems to be working perfectly. If I do have any issues, im just gonna add a slosh line between the tanks.
