Default intercooler upgrade

Has anyone upgraded from the procharger dual intercoolers to a larger single?
I'm planning on making some changes to boost my power, and not sure it the small dual ICs can flow enough air. I have not been able to find any information on what their cfm max is.

Look into the ECS intercooler, biggest and best one out there within reason!

Yes people have done that.
If you not sure it sounds like you should call ECS or A&A and talk about your setup to figure out if you need to upgrade.
You can always make your own also. But from the wording and your questions I think it would be best that you bought something that would install without much work on your part. Looking at the intake temps may give you an idea if you should upgrade or not.

ECS has one of the biggest one,s out here with out having to cut into your frame rails. But again the one from A/A really does a great job also on the YSI set up.

I would like to talk to someone that has made the change to see if it helped. Don't want to be "sold" anything.
Intake temps are not a concern. I run a dual nozzle meth kit and temps are 70* at the end of a run. Im concerned that they will not flow the air I need for approx. 800rwhp.
Don't mind the work; Installed every mod on the car, but don't want to pull the front end off, or torch anything to install

I just sold my A&A intercooler and purchased an ECS intercooler

Why??

Dallas Performance has the highest flowing one out there by far, but it's not a slam-dunk fit. With a 4" core, it'll take massaging and creativity to get it in.

As far as drop-in units go, A&A and ECS are the two best and most logical choices.

Flow is based on core thickness, style and width. The wider the core, the more parallel paths there are and that's what determines flow with the core being the same.

That DP intercooler is a beast of an intercooler for sure.

I remember seeing yours.

Sent you an email yesterday and haven't heard from you. Let me know on that.

Here's a rough pic of it.

It's not a direct fit and for there to be enough clearance for my relocated radiator, I had to cut the bumper. Look at my latest build thread for other pics of the install too.
