Default blower capacity

I will be changing combinations, but the question's the same. If I have a P1SC1 that has a max impeller speed of 62000rpm, and a 3.1 would turn 63358 at 6500rpm, is there any need in going smaller than a 3.2?
Things will change with the new setup (different cam) but Im at 10.5lbs at 6100 now, so I want to swap pulleys to try and get 14-15psi, but it would seem that 3.2 is the max with this blower.
The car will not spend much time at max, and I have dual meth, so heat will not be an issue. A D1 (or F1) are an option for the future, but no chance now.

I spin my p1 to 75k.......I will be pulleying down more as soon as I find a sub 3.0 pulley. It has gotten quicker everytime....IAT'S are irrellevant with meth and water....they stay the same. I also spray meth/water pre-blower and have a MAF on the car. Hope that helps.

I would definitely go with the 3.1". Not going to hurt it by spinning 1k past max.

Spinning a little past max is good. Brings boost on faster.

awesome guys
Like I said, I'd like to get in the 14-15 range if it doesn't make me pull all of my timing.
If it doesn't hurt to over spin, I may try a 3.0 to see what I wind up with
