another eibach calloway shock broke thread
Started to hear clunking today in the from end when going over bumps. Looked behind the front right wheel and saw my calloway shock broke on the shaft at the threads. The shock is rattling arouind in there.
Send a e mail to able garcia at eibach to get a warranty return as they were only on the car for 2 months with 175 lb springs. Best i can tell i went and drove over railroad tracks earlier in the day at about 45 mph but its a smooth crossing. we will see what they do and I will report back here. Others have had same problems and the results were an rma for warranty return, hope i get the same.
