Default Need Help with codes????

I tried tech with no luck. Since are cars are so modified maybe someone ran into this problem. Went out to start car and right away its goes into REP and the car cranks but won't start. After resetting codes these are the codes that keep coming back. p1120, p1220, p1514, p1516, p1571. I checked all wires and connections from TB to PCM and TAC modules. I ordered a TAC Modules thinking its that. What do you guys think. ANy help would be great. Thanks
P.S. One day fine next day this BS. I'm seriously ready to burn this f'n car.
1999 C5 6mn, 90mm TB

P.S. If it matters the past couple week the curise control would not work it ingauges but disingauges right away if this helps trying to give as much info as possible.

Ok update when i first turn on car it goes into REP and TB does not move. When i reset codes TB activates and moves. Does this mean anything?? But there's no volts showing on scanner but TB moves. I have HPTuners scanner TP moves but doesn't show TPS volts

A basic question: is this after installing new parts, or is this something new with existing combination?

Do you have a stock TB you can put on for a test?

It is possible there is a short either in the TB motor itself or the wiring going to it!

FOLLOW the wiring back as well and make sure there is no pinches or cuts making it short out!

And yes if it will not stay engaged in Cruise Control then there is a reason why and it is very highly possible it is related - 99%

Thanks,Matt

Three things I would check. Battery voltage, positive terminal on the starter is clean and tight, and finally your connection to your ebcm.

If your car has the active handling option its in front of the motor on the drivers side. If it has only the abs, traction control it may be there also, sometime around '98 it was moved from the rear by the transmission up to the front location.
