Dang OP, no need to jump all over the guys that are trying to help you!
Your not getting your answer because pretty much NO ONE runs that low of boost! Standard A&A and ECS kits make 8-9lbs minimum!

I never cryd about not getting an answer. plenty have came in with what they have ran and helped me out. and i didn't jump on anybody but mr. Townsend that comes in and complains about my damn questions lol. Everybody else has said what I should run or pit there times and I appreciate it!!

OP. I agree most here run higher boost. I'm very happy with my p1sc with 3.85 pulley (9-10 psi 606/531) no track times yet.
Just make sure you invest in a good tuner and you should be good to go. Throw a 3.7 or 3.85 pulley on with a good tune and let it eat.
As far as times Ricky ran 10.5 on a P1 Procharged 01 C5Z ( freak car and driver mod) lol more than 8 psi for sure
