Had the dual ICs, single fan, filter behind rad procharger P1SC.
I changed bracket to new A&A, reclocked unit, added remote drain line, put on a 3.85 reicard racing pulley, over the rad A&A large dongle/filter, Dewitt's cut down rad and dual Spal fans, RX catch can, and breather, replaced old tiny BOV with a Tial Q.
I had to replace a lot of the tubing with silicone tubing, looks better and works better on top (no more rubbing hood). Underneath I had to reconfigure everything and have the down tub from SC go behind sway bar. Only bad thing is the one side, due to the bends in tubes hangs down lower than the bottom of car. Only about 2 inches of ground clearance, I am going to try to push it up some, but not sure much I can do.
Drove it tonight, the fans are really loud when they come on, and the BOV makes a lot more noise when driving. My boost gauge moves a lot more, and faster than before (vacuum really, I have to stay out of boost until tune).
I still have to put on Alkey Control kit, Racetronics Hotwire and new pump, and BAP, before I get it tuned.
Did some more work today, lifted up tubing some, what a PIA. Had to take apart and cut some of down tube off while on car. Better now though.
I have a coolant leak though. I think and hope it is just too full. I put the recommended 3 gallons in. I put about 2.5 in, ran it some then the other .5. The other night after a short test drive a noticed a puddle, and mist and drips under hood, but then nothing more after it sat. I drove it again today, when I got back it had multiple drips underneath, and droplets and mist on underside of hood, on coolant tank, etc, mostly on passenger side. I didn't see any moisture on the tubes that go to rad. The coolant level is very high, to the top, couldn't remove top now due to pressure.
Sound like too much, air in system? Should I remove some?

if the radiator is new I highly doubt that is the problem... check the hose connections and make sure they are tight... I put silicone hoses on mine awhile back and the upper hose was barely leaking when it would get warm... I only noticed it running down my radiator support and never saw any on the ground... tightened the hose clamp up a bit and all was well... as far as getting air out of the system just run the car with the cap off and heater on full blast until the fans cycle a few times, that should be enough to purge any air... then fill it up to the the full mark on your reservoir and put the cap back on

the tank should only be 1/2 filled needs room for expansion
I plan on heating car up, then pulling up on ramps so I can check where it is leaking. I doubt too it is the rad, but anything can have an issue sometimes. Probably like you said a hose, maybe a pin hole.

the expiation tank should be 1/2 full so take some out if needed coolant needs room to expand ect.

if it is above the full line on your coolant reservoir at operating temp then yes you need to take some out... if it is below the full mark then add as needed... make sure to check this on a level surface before you drive it on the ramps to check for the leak because with the car on an incline it will shift the coolant to the back of the reservoir and make it appear to be lower than it is
Yep, it is full on level ground, but when you look in it, it is just at top of baffles, which I read was OK. I will take some out, maybe w less pressure it will not leak. I see some white residue on the main lower big coolant hose on passenger side, so I figure that is where it is leaking. I fit is, I guess I will have to drain rad, remove hose end, and inspect, maybe cut some off.
I took some coolant out, got it up to temp, and checked leak.
It is not rad or hoses from what I can tell. It leaks far back near crank pulley, left of center of car, behind main aluminum cross member. I can't see where it comes from, but must be the water pump. Why it started leaking now I have no idea, didn't do it before upgrades. Car only has 50k on it. I guess I will have to take everything apart again...
I guess I won't know for sure until I remove SC and can see pump. Could it be anything else in this area? Should I stay w a stock pump, or is there an advantage w an electric?

electric is good if the belt breaks and it can pump and cool down the motor without the motor running but they are expensive still have my stock pump with less than 10k miles if you need it.
over the rad A&A large dongle/filter, Dewitt's cut down rad
Nice upgrades!
Since you already have the cut down radiator, why don't you just lower it a bit and install a full 4 inch supercharger inlet. You would probably pick up a couple PSI over the stock A&A dongle.

that would be a great mod but i think hes running a stock short block already around 10+psi boost
