Default Not good.

How do you change your boost levels without doing this on pump gas?
I have a dial like on a air compressor and its all a guessing game. TTIX kit.

That looks perfect to me. On meth of course.

But seriously with the ****/regulator style boost controllers, it's just trial and error. You can try to preset them using compressed air from your air compressor to get it close to where you want it. Remember whatever you add in with the regulator is in addition to the wastegate spring rating.

So if you adjust your regulator to 10 psi, that is going to be on top of your wastegate spring pressure.. (10+10)..

Best thing would be to have race fuel in it until you get your regulator dialed in, and just make some short pulls and log boost.

Completely depends on exhaust back pressure.

Clockwise.........more boost
Counterclockwise...........less boost.

That was on meth or it would be a different story. I backed it off a full turn. Will try again tomorrow.

Anyone using these?

If you got some extra cash switch to eboost 2 or aem tru boost controller. Lots of other advantages to them other then the ease of boost adjustment. I used to have a turbosmart **** style, it got old.

I'd say 21psi is on the edge with pump gas. Bet it felt good, mine went 150mph trap on that boost. That would be a good spot to mark for kill setting. (Needs to be logged) How did 1 turn work out? I dialed mine in on the hwy between off ramps.
