Default Need some informed opinions

I've always been an N/A kinda guy until I picked up my first vette (01 coupe). Now for some reason I'm really thinking boost is in my future. Being I know next to nothing about boosted cars I figured I'd ask the pros. My current set up is as follows

2001 a4 113,000 on the clock
rpm stage 5 4l60 with a yank ss3600
rpm 3 rib stage 3 diff with 3.73's
prc 5.3's with an ms3 cam
fast 90/90 ported by mamo
obx headers

thats the basic rundown and I'm really wanting to know what NEEDS to be changed on my current setup to be a halfway decent boosted car. Thanks for any info

its a matter of preference.... i think a 3.73 is too much gear for a street car unless you are racing it alot also the converter is a bit big for my taste as well. prefer more like a 3.42 and a 3200 stall. I have heard about the fast 90s coming apart from boost (dont quote me on that tho) other than that depending on what kind of power you want to make choose a supercharger and think of forging your engine if you want to make over 550 to 600rwhp and think on getting meth as well then hold on tight your in for a ride

Your fairly close to us, feel free to call next week if you would like to talk about your options in length, or stop in for test drive if you like.

sell your FAST and put a stock intake back on. I've seen too many split under boost and they don't make replacement lowers, so if it's salvageable it'll be a home repair that I expect you'll get much less for afterwards.

Thanks for the replies. My real questions come from the cam/conveter that are in the car. I've seen some old posts that say the ms3 isn't to bad for boost but I haven't seen anybody running a 3600 and 3.73's

We have plenty of guys running 3.73's and a 3600 stall, on the street too, but mainly racers.

Wow that's good to hear! I really thought the converter/gear was going to be a no-no. Does anybody know the power level the trans/rear would be safe for? Rpm's site doesn't list. I may have to call Monday
