More Pinning kit questions

Is this the pin kit that most people are getting with the ATI kit?
It came with one pin, is that enough or should I go with two opposing at 180*?
Where can I purchase a new crank bolt? Another thread mentions these are one time use bolts.
Also, when you actually drill, is there any danger of going too deep, or is there an obvious way to see where you should stop. Think this will be more obvious after I get the rack off.

I have a used kit that I can sell you for half the price, all you have to do is buy yourself a 1/4" dowel pin from a local Hardware store. Let me know if your interested in saving some money.
And when your done with it you can also sell it and pass the savings along to someone else.
