with my lower power goals I wasn't sure if Alky and bigger injectors were warranted.
Yes! The bigger injectors will be much better -
The tuner can dial down the Injector Duty Cycle if needed! 60's can max out pretty quick!
Alky is always a good idea since it can cool down the "Cylinder" temps up to 250* - thus a nice safety feature as well as picking a little extra from the extra Octane it produces!
Would like to run as little boost as possible to meet the 600ish goal. Dont want to push too hard on the bottom end in its stock condition. Will be getting torn out next fall to be built, but would rather not have to go with a whole new block because the current one has "Rod exit here" signs on it.
To Cat or not to Cat? Having the X pipe made. Should i have it catted or not? I have the corsa touring tigershark mufflers. How much power will i lose if it is catted? How loud will it be without cats?

It won't be much of a loss - at times only 3 rwhp are lost (Depends on age of Cats and or Hiflow cats or stockers)
Cats keep the smell way down! Much happier drives!
Awesome! Next on the list is PCV/Catch can system.
If you have not bought one yet -
My suggestion is the RX Monster II Catch Can -
I run it on mine and I just installed one on my buddies and it came out insanely awesome - Installed it in the drivers fender well next to the Alky Control Pump!
