I was sitting in traffic for nearly an hour when the car just died. No spitting no sputtering it just died.

When I key on I can not hear the fuel pump turn on.
Checked all fuses and they are good
I have a racetronics harness.
I have the car on jack stands and I'm testing for power. I have power to the harness from alt and that is good. I unplug the stock harness plug from the pigtail and test that, key on test light turns on for a millisecond then instantly shuts off, this should be staying on once key is on correct? Any suggestions?
How can I test the pump?

Where does the stock harness plug go?

From what I can see there are 4 fuses, 2 under hood and 2 in the footwell, are there any I'm missing?
Where are the stock relays?
