Your thread is hard to understand, but did you use a bolt to pull the balancer onto the crank? If so that's not the correct way to do it. Go to a parts store and get a crank balancer install tool.
You lucky the threads didn't rip themselves from the crank snout.

The end of the crank is not supposed to be flush with the balancer. The pic you showed looks exactly as it should be. The bolt shoulder will only seat against the balancer, not the crank. Be sure to put some RTV on the bolt shoulder so oil doesn't leak out past those keyway slots.

Greats !!! So, it's good enouth ! Good news here !
On the jeggs info, they said that if i dont use keyway, i need to put some sealent for fill it
I use only one of the two keyway (the small one), so i plan to fill the big one
What he said. I assume overdrive for a supercharger, but I hope you plan to pin the crank to keep things in place?
Yes, overdrive for a v3si
I have a keyway on the forged cranck, the key, and the small keyway of the damper is at the same size, so, i dont need to pin the cranck
