I was talking to Josh @ A&A about the billet wheels for YSI and What i know is there never released the billet wheel as it didn't gain the power they were hoping for.
pretty much the ysi and 2000 the way they are are best bang for the buck and all around most reliable blowers take your pick one is quiet (2000) and one is noisy(ysi)

Based on what I can tell, the YSi is the blower you buy if you want to make 1000+ WHP in a "small blower" package without over spinning the heck out of it too much.

Mike you are funny as hell blower and not wanting to spin the heck out of it to much & still make 1,k rwhp. Just put the 2.75 pulley on it and let it eat.
Wish I could've had a cast vs billet comparison but we stopped at 1140/900 on breaking my engine in (engine dyno) w/billet wheel.
LSN 388ci (4.125 bore/3.625 stroke)
AFR 230's (older version)
ECS Big blower cam
Holley Hi ram 92mm
ID1300's
E85
2.95/8" pulley combo (21.5psi at 6800)
This was tuned at a timing map of 20* and we just crept up on it psi wise by changing pullies. I have no doubt it would've made 1200hp with fine tuning, better fuel pump voltage (notice the reulator psi dropping), and spinning it to 7000rpm. I may try the 2.75 pulley once the motor is back in and on the chassis dyno and just see where we end up.
