Default Bad Idea?!

Thinking of buy a Z in my area. 02 62k miles. P1SC procharger, air-air intercooler, comp cam and springs, dual disc clutch, stock exhaust and internals. Pro tuned at Borelli running 9-10psi. Any thoughts? Im looking for a DD and while this may be a little over the top for a DD, i just dont want to blow the engine running that much boost on stock internals.

i hear 10psi is about the upper limit you want to go on stock internals. since its only at 10psi at max rpm i guess its "safe"?

Tune is key, but ask yourself, how often will you be in boost in a Dailey driver ?
Keep the rev's down to control your boost.

I believe you will be fine , I would definetly keep the charger pulley the same /don't go into boost unless your close to the house ,also check out the cooling system that's on it ,summer times right around the corner & ur gonna want something besides the stock fans =crap for cooling these systems down

You should start "hearing" things from more educated individuals. 10 psi can mean anything. Anyone who is talking to you about how much power something can handle in terms of psi should be disregarded immediately.

Buy the car, take it to a respectable tuner to get retuned. That way you know whats on there and then it should be safe.
