The Paul Ferrucci - Blown81bu solution thread
As many of the regulars here know, there has been a rash of drama that I would like to try and put a rest to.
Paul is upset because of a cold start idle issue and that I recommended the LS3 throttle body for him.
Although I would be glad to touch up his cold start idle issue, and I explained in depth how I get the LS3 throttle body to work on a C5, he is simply not confident in my abilities so that fault falls 100% on me.
I would like to refund him 100% of his tuning cost of $660, and purchase the LS3 throttle body from him even though it was not purchased from us. Or I can swap it out to an LS2 if that's what you prefer, if there is any financial difference we can work that out.
That would make him 100% whole. I'm not really sure what else I can do other then that.
Just mail me the T/B and your PCM so I can remove the EFI live operating system which will lock out other tuners. I'll send it back same day received along with a check.
All I ask is that we walk away from the table amicably and it ends here.
I feel I'm going above and beyond but I have a one sided view so what does the C5 FI jury say?

Just send me my tuning portion back to my paypal and the cost of an ls2 TB ..I will eat the costs of a new PCM and cost for having the ls3 painted and for a new PCM

It's just a game to beat the bush..I will post video when my car shUT off on dyno and a video on how it runs ..I will do the running video when I get home tonite and u will understand why my tune sucks so bad
