LG drag spindles - grinding question
Finally got my LG drag spindles/Welds on the car. I ground enough off of the lower A-arm so that when the car is on the ground it doesn't rub on the wheels. I have about 3-5 mm of clearance between the a-arm and the wheels.
Is this enough? Or will the arm and the wheel continue to go towards each other when the car squats?

When you think your done grinding grind more. Thought I had enough clearance and wound up scraping the inside of my wheels on the test drive. Couldn't believe how much material had to be removed.

I can take some pictures after work tonight. I had to take a lot off, it seems like you take a lot off, but just sitting on the ground I cleared everything. Started to roll it out of the garage and felt it rub the inside of my brand new welds. Got it back inside and kept grinding even more!

I know I'm reviving an old thread, but I'm still trying to find the correct offset/backspacing to run a 15x10" on my narrow body C6 base with LG spindles. I would imagine the C5 wheel specs would work...so if you guys are still around, I would love some help! Thanks!
