Default Nitrous spray bar

My brother gave me a new NOS intercooler spray bar he had laying around and I plan to install it over the weekend.

Anyone use one on their intercooler? I sprayed a 150 shot before I bought the SC kit so the install should be easy. I figure it can't hurt and should keep iat's lower before running at the track. What do you guys think?

Unless your tune is pulling timing because of IATs, no real point of using it.

Fran@RPM installed one on a customer's car years ago.

It actually froze the IC, car ran great, broke records.

But... no one was really sure if it was the cooling affect or the blower sucking up the nos down the track

I ran one on my old turbo starion and it picked up about 40whp on the dyno spraying the ic during.

I'm gonna install it and see what happens. Its brand new and free so it can't hurt to try.

You know, if you spray that stuff into the motor you'll make more than 40hp right?

Lol ya been there done that. I use to spray a 150 wet shot when I just had headers like 8 yrs ago. Made around 530 to the tire but I got tired of having to fill the bottle. Sold the nitrous kit to help fund the blower. Trust me I thought long about keeping both but I'm not ready to blow my motor just yet.

Are you using an A2A or A2W intercooler?

A2A. It's the large ECS intercooler.
