Default E85 fuel system questions

I figured I'd ask how this looks here. So I'm planning out my fuel system so I can order up my lines and fittings. The plan is to run a hotwired Racetronix 255 in tank and a 4303 to come on with a hobbs switch at 2-4psi (also plan on having an override switch to run the 4303 all the time if I want). Below is how I plan to run the lines. It's pretty much a -10an feed splitting to -8an to each rail and then a -10an return. What do you guys recommend as far as fuel filters and placement?

-8an 255 intank to y-block (rear of car)
-12an tank to 4303
-10an 4303 to y-block (rear of car)
-10an y-block (rear of car) to y block (front of car)
-8an y-block (front of car) to each fuel rail
-8an fuel rails to fuel pressure regulator
-10an fuel pressure regulator to tank (return line)

Fuel pumps will be a hotwired Racetronix 255 and Magnafuel 4303. Injectors are fic2000s. Rails are the ones that came with the Edlebrock pro flo XT. Fpr is a Magnafuel 9950-b. The motor is a 402ci with twin 70mm for now and will be eventually upgrading to BW s366s. Base fuel pressure will be around 60psi maxing out at 80psi on 20psi of boost. Let me know what you guys think. Any help and/or advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

That's nearly identical to my setup and I have had zero issues on E85!

Only difference is my in tank feeds the factory line up to just before the rails where there is a y block. My magnafuel pump is a -8 line feeding said y block at rails also. I have a check valve on the outlet of the post filter (on magnafuel pump), to stop back flow when big pump isn't running. The factory feed and -8 line use the y block to feed a single -8 line into the passenger fuel rail, which crosses over to driver rail then out that rail to regulator. I'm using a -6 for return line back to tank. Base fuel psi is 65 currently. Good luck.

I like to put the fuel filter close to where the OEM one is - that way if there is some crud in the tank the lines don't get filled with it. I like the Aeromotive spin on style filter.

What's the recommended micron filter rating for e85? I seen Magnafuel has -10an in/out filters in 10,24,and 74 microns. And do I only need one or should I put one before the 4303 and one after the y block where the 4303 and 255 merge? Thanks in advance.

You should have a larger particle filter in the inlet to the pump, like a 100 micron. That protects the pump.

Then a 10-25 micron filter after both pumps to protect the injectors. The filter should have as much surface area on the filter media as possible to help eliminate any significant pressure drop across it and the media for both filters should be E-85 compatible. That means stainless mesh, no paper.
