Best fuel rail with return line and regulator
Looking for suggestions on a fuel rail kit that includes a return and adjustable regulator for a 02 C5Z w F/I setup.
Aeromotive looks nice but is pricey, are there other good kits?

It is really hard to beat the Holley billet rails. They are 1/2 the price of the FAST rails, and have mounting brackets for any intake/injector combination.
Here is my return-style fuel system
Regulator placement
Fuel return line
Fuel supply to the rails from the tank
Completed fuel system. The lines on each side of the regulator are coming from each fuel rail.

I can work it up for you, don't have it handy. I do plan on redoing the fuel supply line to go braided all the way from the tank so I can move the fuel supply line out from above the driver side header - to make plug changes easier when spraying.

Unless you're wanting an aftermarket rail setup you could go with some Ls2/3 rails. I made 900+ hp with stock ls3 rails on E85 with a boost referenced magnafuel regulator and -6 return line.
I now have the holley rails and have no complaints with them either.

I now have the edelbrock rails and have no complaints with them either.

You can convert them to return style by removing the schrader valve from the test port (front of drivers side rail). Then running a fuel line from the test port to an aftermarket regulator then a return line from regulator to the tank. This can be done with the ls6 rails also, newer rails just flow more.
FYI in order to convert to full return style fuel setup you will need to change your factory fuel filter out for a return style from 97/98 corvette.

Or just grab a set of 97-98 rails. The stock pressure regulator, while not adjustable, IS a 1:1 reference to boost. I was using that on stock lines making mid 700's, and it was only removed because it wouldn't work with the 102 manifold. The stock lines and 97-98 return style rails are good to easily north of 800 RWHP.

most people just build their own setup using various parts and as you can see there are many ways of doing it and they all get the job done, it just comes down to personal preference as far as brand and how you want to run the system... I wanted to keep my setup clean and not clutter up the engine bay so I mounted a fuel log to the driver side frame rail and also hid my regulator under the brake booster and tied everything into the log... everything is still serviceable but most of it is out of sight
