Default Ecu question, 1999 vs 2002 pining

Hey guys, while tuning the other day, we saw that my car being a 2002 has a 1999 ecu in it. Seems a shop that worked on the car a few years ago replaced the ecu with an older one. They had told me my original ecu had damage from battery acid but I figured they'd replace it with the correct 0411 ecu. Anyway I'm getting the correct ecu now, since we had tuning issues with the old ecu. My question is, should it be plug and play or is the pining different from 1999-2002? Thanks.

Yes it says 0411 on the new ecu. You're right, I found schematics for both and the pins are the same. 2001-2003 is the better ecu with higher resolution.
