Ecs Fuel system leak

Hey guys, I have an ecs fuel system on my c5 and I have a slow seep at the bulkhead. Basically every 15 min I get a big drop hanging from it at the bottom where the o ring goes into a D shape. The screws are small and I've slowly went around and tightened them a couple times but she's seeping. Stinks in the garage and I don't feel it's safe so how far can I go with tightening these things. I know I'm in deep if I snap one off. There's over half a tank of fuel in the car.

Drain the fuel by removing the fuel line at the rail with an added section of hose to it so you can put that end into a gas can and jumper the FP relay with power until empty.
Then remove the block and check for dirt, pinched o-ring etc on the housing. If a new o-ring needed let us know and we can get one right out to you.
