Just want some opinions on the worthiness of this swap....my plans are to hit the track soon shooting for a 8.5 slip but I'm kind of worried about my diff after seeing some guys grenade even a heavily upgraded c5 setup....my diff has all the bracing avalible ,carbon clutch packs ,billet piñon supports and the shot peened gears (whatever that's worth) and both shafts are the so called 500m material.....my question is how much can the c6z setup take and is it a worthy investment? Or is it at this level the only real way to go is glide and 9 inch? Oh ya the Trans is a level 10 rpm 4l60
i just wished i had seen the light before i ordered my level 10...i would have asked for it with the correct shaft and save myself 900$ charge for the shaft swap and labor to swap...

I just spoke with Shane at RPM and he dialed me into a level 4 diff with a wavetrac set up.....said it was very good for drag racing and best besides glide and 9" which I do not want as I street my car a lot. I also use a Level X 4L60e from RPM and run 5.7's with it.
FYI, I went with two step and boost leash to control my launches as I believe initial couple wheel hops (before I got it dialed in) did my spider gear in on current difference which I will rebuid and sell soon with new spider gear and HD carbon clutch paks
