Default NOS Mini Progressive Controller Help

Finally got everything installed on my 02 z and wanted to do a few test hits on a small spray. Well, I had the bottle on, controller on, purged the line, and did a pull. absolutely nothing happened. Here's what I currently have it set up to. (This is on an LS1/6 NOS Plate kit)

F (frequency) set to 15
C - 00
P - 00
Activation - 30
Deactivation - 60
Delay - 0.0
Start % 99
(5) ramp rate 1.0
(6) end % - 99
(7) 0.0
(8) TPAS - 02
(9) TPS - 4.7

only running a single stage one channel at this point

Where are you tapping into the tach signal at, and are the RPM's on the controller matching your dash?

Also, try lowering your TPS activation to 4.3 volts. Even though WOT with the key on and motor off may be around 4.7, it rarely hits that once the car is actually running. 4.2-4.3 will give it a place where it can hit and see steady voltage.

I'm tapped into the green wire on the passenger side coil pack. Originally it wasn't matching when RPM signal was at 04. Changed it to 00 and that worked

I'll give that a shot. That's currently tapped into the dark blue wire comping off the tps signal.

Hmm, ok. What's your bottle pressure at? Do you have the controller connected to relays and then the solenoids, or straight to the solenoids?

I don't have a bottle pressure gauge yet but it's a fully filled bottle. I have the power portion of my solenoids going to the relay and the ground to the controller

In the past, I've heated bottles higher than recommended causing the nitrous not to flow. But the fuel should still come on enough to lug the motor down. The telltale sign that your bottle is too hot is you cannot purge prior to making a pass.

I believe we target 1000 psi then purge it down to 950 ish before making a pass. We use a 250 hp shot on my buddies SBC.

purging isn't an issue. i'm thinking it may be a ground issue with the controller.
